Avoid Valentines Heartache - Open eCards with Caution
The FBI is warning about the Storm Worm. This is one of those pesky email virus / worms that arrives disguised as a card “cleverly” forged as if sent by “a secret admirer” or “a family member“. digital-fingerprint@geardiary.com
Don’t fall for it. I’m not saying you don’t have secret admirers that love you - but they’re probably not sending you generic “click me” cards that will only lead to eventual heartbreak, heartburn and possible heart attack as your browser is re-directed to the worm. You’ve been warned! PS - If you need an Anti-Virus program that won’t takeover your system resources (cough)Symantec (cough) - check out NOD32 from ESET. I’ve been using it on my work computer with nary a slowdown or crash. You are running anti-virus, right? Happy Valentines Day!

The additional 2GB of memory was quoted as a $ 700 upgrade option! Instead of paying Apple to add the memory during the order - I did it myself saving over $ 600. Here’s how.. digital-fingerprint@geardiary.com
